Sergey Ross is a Russian opposition politician, seasoned trial attorney, and policy entrepreneur with a diverse international background. He holds degrees from Duke University, Moscow State Institute of International Relations, and the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. His career includes significant roles in law firms, think tanks, and development agencies across the USA, Russia, Hong Kong, and Belgium.
In the 2014 Moscow City Parliament election, he secured the second-highest number of votes. As a Global Shaper of the World Economic Forum, he co-founded the 'Global Education for Russians' program, which has helped 274 Russian students gain admission to top universities in 32 countries. In 2020, he founded “Kollektivnoe deistvie” think tank in Russia and expanded its presence by opening a CABT office in Brussels in 2024. Since 2022, Sergey has been actively organizing the Forum for Peaceful Russia.
